In order to preserve the personal fitness results you’ve achieved so far and to hopefully make new, positive changes during this tough time, patience and consistency is key.
So, what is our message? Be careful, especially during this time when choosing a personal trainer if you don’t already have one. Verify the trainer is certified, ask for client references, check their social media, their IG and Facebook and most importantly their website, …do they have one? Be patient when finding your personal trainer to make sure he/she is the right investment.
